Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the shared inbox application provided by TruckCrave ("TruckCrave," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization that provisioned your account.
The service
The application lets an organization connect shared and personal email mailboxes, then view, search, tag, assign, reply to, forward, and internally discuss that mail as a team. Access is provisioned by your organization's administrator, who controls which mailboxes, inboxes, and features you can use.
Accounts and access
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your role and permissions (for example, agent, manager, or owner) are set by your organization and determine which mailboxes and actions you can access within the application. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account that you become aware of.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the application to:
- Access any mailbox or data you're not authorized to access;
- Send spam, malware, or unlawful content through a connected mailbox;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the application; or
- Use the application in a way that violates applicable law or a connected email provider's own terms (for example, Google's).
Your content and data
Your organization retains ownership of the email content, attachments, notes, and other data it stores in the application ("your content"). You grant us the limited right to access, store, transmit, and process your content solely to operate and support the application on your organization's behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Third-party services
The application connects to third-party email providers (such as Google/Gmail) at your organization's direction. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to that provider's own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the application available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the application at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to your organization's administrator.
Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckCrave will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the application.
Termination
Your organization's administrator may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the application for any account that violates these Terms or poses a security risk to the service or other users.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
